Shopping at Dandelion is easy:
  • Once you have found an item, select your size, print and quantity.
  • Click on the ‘ADD TO SHOPPING BAG’ button underneath each item.
  • Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the ‘SHOPPING BAG’ link at the top of the page.
  • You can use the ‘REMOVE FROM BASKET’ link to delete items from your shopping bag.
  • Click on ‘PROCEED TO PURCHASE’ to complete your order to complete your order.
  • You can browse through the collection without creating an account and select merchandise you like. But, to be able to buy, you need to set up an account, which is a fairly easy process.
  • Register with us and you’ll be able to enjoy the following benefits through your Dandelion account:
  • -Review past purchases
  • – Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time
  • – Manage your account details, address book and email preferences
  • – To create an account, simply click on ‘SIGN IN’ and then ‘REGISTER NOW’ to fill in your details.
  • If you have forgotten your password, click here to change it or follow the ‘FORGOT PASSWORD’ instructions on the SIGN IN page.

  • – All products are sold by international sizing standards. To convert this to your usual size, simply click on the ‘Size & Fit Guide’ link that you will find on every product page.
  • – Where an item runs small or large to size, this will be identified within the Fit Tip tab on every product page.
  • – In addition, our customer care team can answer all your questions on sizing and fit – simply email info@Dandeliondreams.co or call/message us on +919820182366 for advice.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro credit and debit cards.
  • We also have a Net Banking option.
  • Please note that we do not accept any other methods of payment apart from those listed above
  • At Dandelion, your personal online security is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system. Additionally, for your safety and protection, we will confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your credit card company.
  • You may also choose to securely store your credit card details with us. This means you will not have to enter them again during future purchases, making it quicker and simpler to shop at Dandelion.
  • Unfortunately, you may only ship to one address per order.
  • If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
  • We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order, which contains all the items you require.

    After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received. Your card will only be debited at time of dispatch. In the rare instance that any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email and will only charge your credit card for the value of the items in stock.

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.

    We aim to dispatch all orders within 7-10 working days. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Dandelion is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

    For Indian Customers: Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.

    For International Customers: Product Prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

    Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential and at no point will we rent or sell this.

    To register at Dandelion, we will need to know your name, mailing address and email address. When processing your order online we require your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date. If necessary, these details may be shared with a credit reference agency to verify your order.

    Are the colours of products shown on the website accurate?

    While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.

    Given that Dandelion offers a customized product based on specific customer preferences and measurements, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange of the product once the order is placed. However, should a size issue arise we are happy to make alterations to the existing garment.

    In the event of a sizing issue concerning a product we will be happy to make the required alterations to the existing piece.

    The return of the garment will be the customer’s responsibility and any charges would have to be borne by the customer. However, the shipping charges once the piece is altered will be at Dandelion’s cost.
