We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed to your Card Account. Any promotional voucher used for the cancelled orders may not be refunded.

Given that Dandelion offers a customized product based on specific customer preferences and measurements, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange of the product once the order is placed. However, should a size issue arise we are happy to make alterations to the existing garment. To know more please read our Alteration policy.
In the event you are dissatisfied with the quality of the garment, kindly contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and reasonable measures shall be taken to rectify the issue to the best of our ability.
In the event of a sizing issue concerning a product we will be happy to make the required alterations to the existing piece.
Only one free alteration is provided per piece.
The return of the garment will be the customer’s responsibility and any charges would have to be borne by the customer. However, the shipping charges once the piece is altered will be at Dandelion’s cost.
Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. We at Dandelion take every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before sending them out to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting email@example.com about the fault.
Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 7 days of being received.
If we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to your card to the value of the item at the time of purchase. Please note that refunds can take up to 30 days and are subject to regulations.
